Property Management Process

You will need to sign a REIWA approved Exclusive Authority to Manage. This document will authorize Real Estate Inn to work on your behalf in managing your property.

Short listing of tenant

As soon as your Property Manager receives an application, he/she will process the application by phoning all references and previous landlords listed on the application, to verify the tenant’s information. A further check that will be performed is a National Tenancies Database check.

Selection of tenant

Your Property Manager will then phone you with his/her findings, so that you are able to make an informed decision as to who will reside in your property. Once that decision is made you can relax and let us do the work.

Commencement of lease

Once you have selected your Tenant, your Property Manager will make an appointment with them to have their lease documents signed. Throughout the tenancy your Property Manager will make quarterly visits to the property, known as Routine Inspections, and these will be pre-arranged with your tenant.
